Abstract

Abstrak Transkrip Aktivitas Kemahasiswaan (TAK) adalah suatu parameter penilaian keaktifan mahasiswa untuk untuk kegiatan non-akademik, dengan tujuan membekali mahasiswa dengan kemampuan Softskill untuk bekal dalam kompetisi lulusan di dunia kerja nanti. Berdasarkan surat keputusan rektor TAK menjadi persyaratan dalam mengikuti sidang Tugas Akhir, mendapatkan beasiswa, dan seleksi mahasiswa berprestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan knowledge mengenai keaktifan mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi angkatan 2016 dan angkatan 2017 dalam mengumpulkan TAK. Data awal yang digunakan adalah jumlah TAK mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi angkatan 2016 dan 2017, metode yang digunakan dalam proses ini adalah knowledge conversion 5C-4C, yaitu melakukan konversi data TAK mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi angkatan 2016 dan angkatan 2017 menjadi informasi dan knowledge yang nanti menjadi sebuah dasar dari pembuatan rancangan pencapaian target TAK bagi mahasiswa. Hasil dari konversi data dilihat dalam jumlah mahasiswa dalam setiap pengelompokan cluster yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan pengkategorian TAK dan Indek Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Dengan membandingkan hasil konversi yaitu setiap cluster pada mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi angkatan 2016 dan 2017, maka dihasilkan suatu rancangan pencapaian TAK bagi mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi. Hasil didapatkan dengan menggunakan knowledge conversion 5C-4C berupa informasi dan knowledge tentang pencapaian TAK bagi mahasiswa. oleh karena itu, akan dirancang target pencapaian TAK bagi mahasiswa yang sesuai dengan data-data pendukung seperti kurikulum program studi Sistem informasi, Jumlah IPK, dan lain-lain.

Abstract Transkrip Aktivitas Kemahasiswaan (TAK) is a parameter of student activeness assessment for non-academic activities, with the aim of equipping students with the ability of Softskill to enhance the student in graduate competitions in the future professional environment. Based on the decree of Rector, TAK becomes a requirement in a final project, scholarship, and student selection achievement. The purpose of this research is to get information and knowledge about the students of Information Systems major class of 2016 and 2017 activeness in collecting TAK. The preliminary data that used is the number Students of Information System major class of 2016 and 2017, the method that used in this process is the knowledge conversion 5C-4C, which is to convert TAK of student of Information System major class 2016 and 2017 into information and knowledge that become the basis of the drafting of TAK achievement target for students. The result of data conversion is seen on the number of students in each cluster grouping that has been determined based on the categorization of TAK and Indek Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). By comparing the conversion result by each cluster in the Information System major student, the results obtained by using the knowledge conversion 5C-4C in the form of information and knowledge about the achievement of TAK for the student.
