Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Dan Kualitas Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (Pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberadaan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak yang besar bagi segala aspek, penggunaan teknologi informasi pun tak luput dari segala jenis sektor termasuk pemerintah penggunaan teknologi informasi pada pemerintah didukung oleh PP No. 56 tahun 2005 pada pasal 1 ayat 15 tentang Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). Dalam praktiknya penerapan SIKD di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya memuaskan jika ditinjau dari aparat pemerintah yang telah menggunakan paket aplikasi tersebut. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna baik secara simultan maupun parsial . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, dengan teknik survey dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel objek penelitian. Dengan menggunakan sampel sensus, diperoleh 30 responden sebagai pengguna SIKD. Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIKD. Sedangkan secara parsial kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh. Namun kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIKD.

ABSTRACT The existence of information technology has a great impact for all aspects, the use of information technology was can’t be spared from all sectors including government use of information technology on government supported by PP. 56 year 2005 on article 1 verse 15 on Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). In practice, the application of SIKD in Indonesia has not been fully satisfactory in terms of government apparatus who have used the application package. Independent variables in this research are system quality and information quality. Dependent variable in this research is user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The research method used is multiple regression analysis, with survey technique where the whole population is used as sample of research object. Using a census sample, 30 respondents were selected as SIKD users. The data were obtained by using questionnaires. The result of simultaneous research shows that there is significant influence between system quality and information quality to SIKD user satisfaction. While the partial system quality has not effect to SIKD user satiscation. But the information quality affects the user satisfaction SIKD.
