Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Terhadap Kinerja Pengguna Sistem Dengan Kualitas Informasi Sebagai Variabel Pemediasi (Studi Empiris Pada Sistem Informasi Objek Pajak (Sismiop) Di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Ssukabumi)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kualitas sistem terhadap kinerja penggunanya melalui variabel pemediasi kualitas informasi pada Sistem Manajemen Informasi Objek Pajak (SISMIOP) di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah kinerja pengguna sistem. Serta variabel pemediasi pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi jalur (path analysis), dengan teknik survey dimana keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel objek penelitian. Dengan menggunakan sampel sensus, diperoleh 21 responden sebagai pengguna sistem SISMIOP yang merupakan pegawai Bidang Pajak II (PBB-P2) di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yang diuji dalam pengujian model yang diajukan dengah hasil, Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pengguna Sistem tidak melalui Kualitas Informasi. Sedangkan pada uji koefisien jalur yang dilakukan terhadap setiap jalur hubungan antar variabel menyatakan, Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pengguna Sistem, dan Kualitas Sistem berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pengguna Sistem.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of system quality on system user performance with mediation by information quality on SISMIOP at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Independent variables in this study are the system user performance. The dependent variable of this study is the system quality. The mediation variable of this reasearh is the information quality. The research method used is path analysis, with survey technique where the whole population is used as sample of research object. Using a census sample, 21 respondents were selected as SISMIOP users who are employees of Bidang Pajak II (PBB-P2) at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. The data were obtained by using questionnaires. The results of the study of the tested model path analysis, is Quality System significantly influence the User Performance System not through Quality Information. The path coeficient test conducted on each lane relationship between variables who states, that Quality System significantly influence the Quality of Information, Information Quality significantly influence the Performance of System Users, and System Quality significantly influence the Performance of System Users.
