Aplikasi Pelaporan Kerusakan Fasilitas Yang Ada Di Stasiun Dan Dalam Gerbong Kereta Api Berbasis Web

Abstract

Abstrak Pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas yang ada di stasiun ataupun dalam gerbong kereta api merupakan kegiatan untuk membantu petugas stasiun maupun petugas yang mengurus gerbong kereta api agar dapat diperbaiki sehingga menciptakan kenyamaan bagi pengguna transportasi kereta api ini. Keaadan saat ini yang dirasakan oleh customers yaitu masih binggung nya dalam melakukan pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas ketika menemukannya. Untuk studi kasus penelitian ini adalah Daerah Operasi (DAOP) 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas yang ada di Stasiun maupun dalam gerbong kereta api berbasis web. Pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas ini digunakan untuk melaporkan bebrapa hal diantaranya: level kerusakan, lokasi kerusakan, nama fasilitas dan sebagianya. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakna metode System Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall, bahasa pemrogramandigunakan adalah PHP dan HTML dengan Framework CodeIgnite. Harapan dengan adanya sistem informasi web ini adalah mempermudah proses pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas yang ditemukan oleh pengguna transportasi kereta api ini. The current condition that is felt by customers is still confused in reporting facility damage when they find it. For the case study this research is the Regional Operations (DAOP) 2 Bandung. This research resulted in a system of reporting damage information on facilities at the station and in the web-based train cars. Damage reporting for this facility is used to report several things including: level of damage, location of damage, name of facility and parts of it. In making this application using the System Development Life Cycle method with the Waterfall model, the programming language used is PHP and HTML with the CodeIgnite Framework. Hope with this web information system is to simplify the process of reporting damage to facilities found by users of railroad transportation.
