Pembuatan Aplikasi Rapor Siswa Berbasis Web Di Sd Slamet Riyadi Untuk Orang Tua

Abstract

Abstrak - Penulis membuat Tugas Akhir berkaitan dengan sistem informasi nilai rapor di SD Ignatius Slamet Riyadi. Berdasarkan penelitian, literatur, dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan, kemudian dirancang sistem informasi rapor SD Ignatius Slamet Riyadi berbasis web menggunakan metode Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall menjadi solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Sistem informasi rapor berbasis web memudahkan orang tua untuk mengetahui nilai harian dan nilai semester anaknya secara daring dan orang tua dapat berkomunikasi dengan wali kelas melalui fitur live chat. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan bahasa pemodelan dengan menggunakan DFD. Sedangkan pemograman yang dipakai adalah PHP dengan menggunakan database MySQL. Penulis menguji menggunakan metode user acceptance test dan black box. Dalam metode user acceptance test dilakukan, penulis mendapat hasil 92.75% terhadap tampilan pada aplikasi, menu-menu pada aplikasi yang mudah dipahami, aplikasi berguna untuk orang tua, serta aplikasi telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan orang tua. Dalam metode black box penulis mendapatkan hasil berhasil dalam pengujian fungsionalitas login, fungsionalitas ubah password, fungsionalitas chat admin, wali kelas dan teman kelas.. The web-based report card information system makes it easy for parents to find out their children's daily and semester grades online and parents can communicate with the homeroom teacher through the feature live chat. The system design is carried out with a modeling language using DFD. While the programming used is PHP using the MySQL database. The author tested using the method user acceptance test and the black box. In the method user acceptance test, the author gets 92.75% results on the appearance of the application, the menus in the application are easy to understand, the application is useful for parents, and the application is what parents expect. In the method black box the author gets successful results in testing login functionality, change password functionality, functionality chat admin, homeroom teachers, and classmates..
