Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Kendaraan Bermotor Berbasis IoT

Abstract

Abstrak Rental Motor merupakan salah satu jenis usaha penyewaan sepeda motor dimana pengelolaan operasionalnya meliputi transaksi, pemesanan, pengelolaan data konsumen. Usaha rental motor yang sering dijumpai dalam mengelola data operasionalnya masih disimpan dalam bentuk arsip dokumen file excel dan dalam bentuk hard copy (kertas) dimana metode tersebut dirasa kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu melalui perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi pengelolaan penyewaan kendaraan bermotor ini diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan layanan usaha rental motor agar terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Sistem informasi penyewaan kendaraan bermotor pada penelitian ini berbasis web dan memiliki beberapa fitur diantaranya pengelolaan data motor, pengelolaan data konsumen (client), transaksi penyewaan, transaksi pengembalian serta histori transaksi. Sistem aplikasi juga telah dilengkapi dengan fitur tracking kendaraan melalui teknologi Internet of Things sehingga pihak pengelola dapat melakukan monitoring kendaraan yang sedang disewa dengan menampilkan posisi kendaraan pada gmap yang ada. Berdasarkan analisis pengujian terhadap sistem informasi ini telah didapatkan beberapa nilai parameter pengujian diantaranya nilai delay sebesar 260 ms, Performance = 76, Accessibility = 83, Best Practices 85. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian manfaat yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 76% - 100% dengan menggunakan skala Likert. The system of motor vehicle rental information on this research is web based and has several features including motor data management, management of consumer data (client), rental transaction, return transaction and transaction history The application system has also been equipped with vehicle tracking feature through Internet of Things technology so that the organizer can perform monitoring of the vehicle that is being rented by displaying the position of the vehicle on the existing gmap. on testing analysis of this information system has been obtained some testing parameters such as delay value of 260 ms, large data 87.04 MB, Performance = 76, Accessibility = 83, Best Practices 85. Based on the results of the benefit test that has been carried out results with a very high category of 76%-100% by using the Likert scale.
