Aplikasi Berbasis Web Untuk Memantau Kebutuhan Peralatan Kamar Hotel Pada Bagian Housekeeping (studi Kasus: Hotel 10, Bandung)

Abstract

Abstrak Perhotelan adalah salah satu bisnis yang sekarang sedang berkembang pesat di dunia bisnis. Oleh karena itu sebuah hotel yang ingin bersaing ketat dengan hotel-hotel lainnya harus dapat memiliki fasilitas lengkap dan nyaman dan memiliki manajemen yang terstruktur. Namun, dari hasil wawancara di Hotel 10 Bandung ini masih melakukan pendataan kebutuhan barang untuk fasilitas setiap kamar secara manual, sehingga laporan dalam kebutuhan keluar masuk barang di setiap kamar diberikan secara manual kepada manager. Solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu bagian housekeeping, logistik serta manager dalam melakukan pemantauan kebutuhan barang untuk fasilitas di setiap kamar hotel. Aplikasi ini bernama Aplikasi Web untuk Memantau Kebutuhan Peralatan Kamar di Hotel 10 Bandung. Aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa fitur diantaranya adalah housekeeping dapat memasukan permintaan kebutuhan barang disetiap kamar kepada logistik, housekeeping dapat melihat stok barang di gudang dan melihat history barang keluar. Sedangkan logistik memiliki beberapa fitur untuk memenuhi permintaan barang tersebut, mengelola stok barang di gudang serta melihat history barang masuk sehingga dari beberapa fungsionalitas diatas dapat menjadi laporan kebutuhan barang keluar masuk yang akan di cek oleh manager. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, karena metode ini yang dibutuhkan oleh user di studi kasus berada. Kata kunci: Barang, Kebutuhan Kamar, Aplikasi. Abstract Hospitality is one business that is now booming in the business world. Therefore a hotel that wants to competen with other hotels should be able to have complete facilities and comfortable and have a structured management. However, from the results of interviews in Hotel 10 Bandung is still doing data collection needs of the facility for each room facility manually, so that reports in the needs of incoming goods in every room given manually to the manager. The solution provided is to create a web-based application that can assist the housekeeping, logistics and managers in monitoring the needs of goods for facilities in every hotel room. This application is named Web-Based Application for Monitoring Need of Hotel Room’s Equipment In Housekeeping Section at Hotel 10 Bandung. This application has some features such as housekeeping can request for goods in every room to the logistics, housekeeping can see the stock of goods in the warehouse and see the history of goods out. While logistics has several features to meet the demand of these goods, manage the stock of goods in the warehouse and see the history of goods so that from some functionality above can be a report of the needs of goods in and out of the check by the manager. The method used is the waterfall method, because this method is needed by user in the case study. Keywords: Goods, Room Request, Application.
