Perancangan Produk Meja Dan Kursi Pinisi Resto, Situ Patenggang, Berdasarkan Pendekatan Aspek Ergonomi Dan Antropometri Manusia

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagai kota tujuan wisata dan kuliner, Bandung memiliki banyak fasilitas dan tempat mendukung untuk menarik pengunjung baik dari dalam maupun luar pulau Jawa. Salah satu tempat yang menjadi trend dan banyak digandrungi yaitu wisata alamnya. Banyak wisata alam yang ditawarkan, salah satunya Situ Patenggang, Ciwidey. Disana terdapat sebuah restoran dengan konsep unik yaitu Pinisi Resto, dengan bentuk eksterior menyerupai kapal layar berdiri tegak disamping Situ Patenggang. Pinisi Resto menonjolkan sisi pemandangan alam dan konsep restoran ketimbang sajian makanannya. Namun dengan begitu, furnitur yang digunakan restoran kurang sesuai dan maksimal untuk menarik pengunjung. Meja dan kursi restoran masih sangat sederhana dan kurang sesuai jika dikaitkan dengan antropometri pengguna, penataannya tidak beraturan sehingga sirkulasi restoran terganggu dan menyulitkan pengelola saat meja kursi perlu dipindahkan ketika restoran sedang direservasi. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang meja dan kursi yang dapat di expand untuk memudahkan pengelola Pinisi Resto dalam menata restoran sehingga aktivitas dan sirkulasi restoran tidak terganggu dan pengunjung merasa nyaman. Aspek ergonomi dan antropometri sangat berpengaruh dalam perancangan karena produk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan pengguna. Pengukuran pasti mengenai dimensi tubuh manusia sangat dibutuhkan sebagai acuan dimensi dari produk agar dapat berfungsi secara maksimal. Keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna juga merupakan poin utama dalam perancangan. Kata Kunci: restoran, meja, kursi, expandable, ergonomi, antropometri. Abstract As a city of tourism and culinary destination, Bandung has many facilities and places of support to attract visitors both from within and outside the island of Java. One of the places that recently became a trend and much loved is the Eco Tourism. Lots of Eco Tourism on offer, one of them is Situ Patenggang, Ciwidey. There is a restaurant with a unique concept, Pinisi Resto, with the exterior shape resembles a sailing ship standing next to Situ Patenggang. Pinisi Resto accentuates the scenery and the concept of the restaurant rather than its food. However, the furniture used by the restaurant is less appropriate to attract visitors. Restaurant tables and chairs are very simple and less appropriate when associated with the user's anthropometry, the arrangement is irregular so the restaurant circulation is disrupted and complicates the staff when tables and chairs need to be removed. Therefore, the authors designed an expandable chair and table that can facilitate the staff in managing the restaurant, so that activities and circulation in the restaurant is not disturbed and visitors feel more comfortable. Aspects of ergonomics and anthropometry are very influential in the design because the product interact directly with the user. The exact measurement of the dimensions of the human body is needed as a reference dimension of the product in order to function optimally and properly.
