Sistem Integrasi Booking Pada Aplikasi Klinik/rumah Sakit Dengan Menggunakan Shortest Path

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem integrasi merupakan sebuah rangkaian proses untuk menghubungkan beberapa sistem komputerisasi dan software aplikasi, baik secara fisik maupun secara fungsional. Sistem intergrasi biasanya digunakan pada perusahaan atau institusi, salah satunya adalah klinik/rumah sakit. Sistem integrasi sangat dibutuhkan di klinik/rumah sakit karena banyaknya pemesanan (booking) yang dilakukan oleh pasien. Apabila diselesaikan secara manual, akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menyelesaikannya. Dengan adanya sistem integrasi klinik/rumah sakit, ini akan membuat kinerja klinik/rumah sakit lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, data yang disimpan di sistem terjamin keamannanya dibandingkan menggunakan metode manual. Pasien juga lebih mudah melakukan pemesanan (booking) dengan adanya metode pencarian shortest-path, sehingga pasien dapat mencari dokter yang tersedia di klinik/rumah sakit terdekat. Metode shortest-path juga sudah didukung dengan adanya aplikasi google maps dimana akan memudahkan pasien untuk mengetahui lokasi klinik/rumah sakit, jarak ke tujuan, waktu yang dibutuhkan, serta rute yang tersedia untuk menuju klinik/rumah sakit tersebut. Dengan adanya sistem booking klinik/rumah sakit ini, diharapkan pasien terbantu untuk melakukan pemesanan (booking) ke klinik/rumah sakit terdekat.

ABSTRACT The integration system is a series of processes for connecting several computerized systems and application software, both physically and functionally. The integrated system is usually used in companies or institutions, one of which is a clinic / hospital. Integrated systems are needed in clinics / hospitals because of the large number of bookings made by patients. If completed manually, it will take a long time to complete. With the clinic / hospital integration system, this will make the clinic / hospital performance more effective and efficient. In addition, the data stored in the system is guaranteed to be safe compared to manual methods. Patients also find it easier to make bookings with the shortest-path search method, so that patients can search for doctors who are available at the nearest clinic / hospital. The shortest-path method has also been supported by the google maps application which will make it easier for patients to find out the location of the clinic / hospital, the distance to the destination, the time needed, and the available routes to get to the clinic / hospital. With this clinic / hospital booking system, it is hoped that patients will be helped to make bookings (bookings) to the nearest clinic / hospital.
