Analisis Kualitas Website Menggunakan Metode Webqual (study Kasus: Website Infobdg Media Network)

Abstract

Abstrak Seiring berjalannya waktu, informasi dapat diperoleh dari banyak media, baik dari media cetak maupun media elektronik digital. Salah satu media digital yang sangat cepat berkembang dan menjadi pilihan utama individu atau instansi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat adalah teknologi website. Salah satu manfaat dari website yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi yang efektif karena dapat di akses oleh siapa saja dan kapan saja serta tanpa biaya untuk mengaksesnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis website menggunakan metode webqual pada website Infobdg. Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya dapat mengukur penilaian pengguna terhadap kinerja serta harapan pengguna/pengunjung website infobdg. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari input kuesioner dari sampel pengunjung web itu sendiri, baik melalui kuesioner online ataupun kuesioner manual dengan kertas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode webqual yang menggunakan beberapa variabel evaluasi diantaranya yaitu usability, information quality, dan interaction quality. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi suatu website. Dengan di analisanya website infobdg akan di temukan variabel kinerja website yang kurang atau kinerja yang belum tersedia. One of the fastest growing digital media and the main choice of individuals or agencies to get information fast and accurate is website technology. One of the benefits of the website that can be used as an effective promotional media because it can be accessed by anyone and anytime and without the cost to access it. This study discusses about website analysis using webqual method on Infobdg website. This study aims to measure the user's assessment of the performance and expectations of users / visitors infobdg website. This research data is obtained from the questionnaire input from the sample of the web visitor itself, either through the online questionnaire or manual questionnaire with paper. The method used is webqual method that uses several evaluation variables such as usability, information quality, and interaction quality. This method is used to evaluate a website. With the analysis of infobdg website will find the variable performance of the website is less or performance that is not yet available.
