Analisis Kebutuhan Siswa Untuk Mengevaluasi Layanan Pendidikan Di Smk Telkom Bandung Dengan Menggunakan Metode Education Quality Integrasi Kano

Abstract

Abstrak SMK Telkom Bandung merupakan sekolah yang berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (Telkom Foundation). SMK Telkom Bandung terletak di Jalan Radio Palasari, Dayeuhkolot – Kabupaten Bandung. SMK Telkom Bandung memiliki tiga program keahlian yang terdiri dari program studi Teknik Komputer Jaringan, Teknik Jaringan Akses dan Multimedia. Jumlah pendaftar serta jumlah siswa yang diterima pada 5 tahun terakhir terus melonjak. Namun pihak sekolah juga harus tetap memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan baik dari segi kinerja pengajar atau fasilitas fisik yang ada dilingkungan sekolah. Hal tersebut sebagai langkah antisipasi menurunnya jumlah siswa yang ingin mendaftar pada SMK Telkom Bandung pada tahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi layanan pendidikan yang kinerjanya belum dapat memuaskan siswa dan merekomendasikan perbaikan layanan dengan menggunakan dimensi Education Quality integrasi Kano. Education Quality bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja tiap-tiap atribut, sementara Kano bertujuan untuk mengkategorikan atribut berdasarkan pernyataan functional dan disfunctional. Dari pengintegrasian ini, kemudian diputuskan apakah atribut dipertahankan, ditingkatkan, dikembangkan dan diabaikan. Berdasarkan identifikasi atribut Eduqual yang telah dilakukan terdapat 30 atribut pada penelitian ini. 21 atribut Menghasilkan NKP Positif dan 9 atribut menghasilkan NKP negatif. Sementara berdasarkan kuesioner Functional dan disfunctional Kano yang telah diolah terdapat 9 atribut yang harus ditingkatkan serta 1 atribut yang harus dikembangkan. Atribut tersebut yang menjadi True Customer Needs yang akan direkomendasikan perbaikannya. Bandung Telkom Vocational High School is located on Radio Palasari Road, Dayeuhkolot - Kabupaten Bandung. Telkom Vocational High School Bandung has three expertise programs consisting of Computer Network Engineering study programs, Network Access and Multimedia Engineering. The number of registrants and the number of students received in the last 5 years increase. However, the school must also pay attention to the quality of service both in terms of the instructor and facilitation in the school environment. This as an anticipation step decreases the number of students who want to enroll in Telkom Bandung Vocational High School the following year. This study aims to evaluate educational services whose performance has not been able to satisfy students and recommend service improvements by using the dimensions of Kano's Education Quality integration. Education Quality aims to measure the performance of each attribute, while Kano aims to categorize attributes based on functional and disfunctional statements. From this integration, it was decided whether the attributes were maintained, improved, developed and ignored. Based on the identification of Eduqual attributes that have been carried out there are 30 attributes in this study. 21 attributes Produce Positive NKP and 9 attributes produce negative NKP. While based on the Functional and disfunctional Kano questionnaire that has been processed there are 9 attributes that must be improved and 1 attribute that must be developed.
