Perancangan Job Description Pada Proyek Instalasi Feeder Fiber Optic Menggunakan Metode Raci Matrix Di Pt.abc

Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan teknologi kabel tembaga dalam jaringan akses telekomunikasi saat ini sudah tidak mampu melayani kebutuhan arus data yang tinggi sehingga menyebabkan inovasi di bidang teknologi yang melahirkan teknologi fiber optik yang mampu melayani kebutuhan bandwith yang tinggi termasuk data, suara dan video dalam skenario jaringan akses fiber to the home. PT. ABC merupakan salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi serta penyelenggara layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan terbesar di Indonesia. Proyek yang sedang dijalani oleh PT. ABC adalah proyek pemasangan feeder fiber optic. Feeder fiber optic merupakan kabel penghantar layanan jaringan, yang merupakan bagian dari FTTH (Fiber To The Home). Pada kasus yang dialami oleh PT. ABC adalah keterlambatan (delay) dalam penyelesaian proyek instalasi feeder fiber optic sehingga mengakibatkan kendala salah satunya yaitu dari aspek stakeholder. Stakeholder menjadi hal yang penting dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi terutama proyek karena pada dasarnya sumber daya manusia yang bergerak untuk mengelola sebuah perusahaan atau proyek. RACI merupakan salah satu metode teknik dan alat untuk mendukung perencanaan matriks penugasan pada proyek. Metode RACI yang terdiri dari Responsibility, Assignment, Consult, dan Informed memiliki manfaat yaitu dapat dicapai sepenuhnya jika tim manajemen proyek memahami dan menggunakannya sesuai dengan konteks organisasi. Hasil dari bisnis proses aktivitas proyek disesuaikan pada proyek yang sedang berlangsung. Aktivitas proyek dipetakan dengan RACI Matrix untuk menentukan peran dan tanggung jawab pada masing-masing jabatan. Output dari RACI Matrix berupa job description untuk stakeholder yang terdapat pada proyek yang sedang berjalan. Kata Kunci : RACI Matrix, Stakeholder Management, Proses Bisnis, Job Description. PT. ABC is one of the largest telecommunications companies and providers of telecommunications and network services in Indonesia. The project that is being undertaken by PT. ABC is a fiber optic feeder installation project. A fiber optic feeder is a network service delivery cable, which is part of FTTH (Fiber To The Home). In the case experienced by PT. ABC is a delay (delay) in the completion of a fiber optic feeder installation project so that one of the obstacles is the stakeholder aspect. Stakeholders are an important thing in a company or organization, especially a project because basically human resources are engaged in managing a company or project. RACI is one of the technical methods and tools to support the planning of assignment matrices on the project. The RACI method consisting of Responsibility, Assignment, Consult, and Informed has benefits that can be achieved fully if the project management team understands and uses it in accordance with the organizational context. The results of the business process project activities are adjusted to the ongoing project. Project activities are mapped with the RACI Matrix to determine roles and responsibilities in each position.
