Perancangan Stakeholder Management Plan Pada Proyek Pengadaan & Pemasangan Osp (outside Plant) Ikr (instalasi Kabel Rumah) Dan Migrasi Pelanggan Bges Treg III Karawang

Abstract

Abstrak Proyek pengadaan & pemasangan OSP (Outside Plant) IKR (Instalasi Kabel Rumah) dan migrasi pelanggan BGES TREG III Karawang ini merupakan sebuah proyek pemasangan OSP dari tembaga menuju fiber optic didaerah Karawang. PT. XYZ ini merupakan sebuah perusahaan mitra dari PT. TUV yang bergerak di jasa pembangunan pada bidang konstruksi sipil dan jasa pembangunan konstruksi telekomunikasi (outside plant). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat mengidentifikasi stakeholder yang akan memiliki dampak terkait pada proyek, dan dapat merancang stakeholder management plan terhadap stakeholder agar progress kerja dapat berlanjut. Kegiatan usaha perusahaan ini mencakup pekerjaan pembangunan gedung sentral telekomunikasi, jaringan telekomunikasi kabel optik maupun tembaga. Proyek yang dalam fase monitoring ini mengalami kendala keterlambatan dan perizinan yang berfokus pada stakeholder. Dalam pembangunan proyek ini menggunakan dokumen perencanaan proyek seperti, menggunakan stakeholder register, project management plan, SOW, expert judgement, dan stakeholder analysis. Dengan perencanaan ini, proyek diharapkan pembangunan mampu mencapai hasil membaik dan tercapai tujuan proyek. Abstract Project for the procurement & installation of OSP (Outside Plant) IKR (House Cable Installation) and customer migration of BGES TREG III Karawang is a project to install OSP from copper to fiber optic in Karawang area. PT. XYZ is a partner company from PT. TUV is engaged in development services in the field of civil construction and telecommunications construction services (outside plant). The purpose of this research is can identify stakeholders who will have a related impact on the project, and to be able to implement stakeholder management plans for stakeholders so that work progress can continue. The company's business activities include the construction of telecommunications central buildings, optical and copper cable telecommunications networks. The project in the executing phase experienced constraints of delay and licensing that focused on stakeholders. In the construction of this project project planning documents are use such as, stakeholder registers, project management plans, SOW, expert judgment, and stakeholder analysis. With this plan, the project is expected to be able to achieve improved results and achieve project objectives.
